Product return and exchange

Products purchased from the online store can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product.

It is not possible to return products with the product label with the product price, product name and product codes removed.

If possible, we recommend returning the products in the original transport packaging and all products to be returned within one order at the same time.The costs related to the return are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

The returned goods must be unused and undamaged.

Returning an incorrect or defective product

Please notify us immediately if the product does not match the image displayed in the e-shop or is defective, but no later than within 2 months of learning about the non-conformity or defect. It is possible to submit a claim by e-mail to the e-mail address evident@evident.ee, where we ask you to indicate your contact details, the date of purchase, a description of the product defect and the claim to be submitted.

Products received from the Smartpost parcel machine can be returned via the parcel machine, for this purpose, register the return at https://my.smartpost.ee/return_parcel/, using the package code of the shipment and follow the instructions provided by the self-service. (3 EUR)
